Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to court records and agency records, but the hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Court handles Superior Court and Juvenile Court filings, including felony, divorce, civil, real-property, and juvenile materials. Probate and Magistrate Court handles probate, guardianship, marriage-license, vital-record, traffic, and magistrate matters. The Sheriff's Office manages jail and law-enforcement records, while Georgia systems such as PeachCourt, GSCCCA, Georgia Probate Records, and DDS cover specific online tasks. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for these offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
